Completion Date: While the initial text states "scheduled for completion in Dec 2025" and "expected to be completed in 2021," further search results clarify that the construction was completed in 2025, with some sources mentioning March 2025 as the full completion date for all condos and pool villas. Some sources also state 2024 Q4 for condominium completion.
Investment Opportunity: Melia Phuket Karon Residences is highlighted as an ideal investment, offering a 10-year rental pool program managed by Meliá Hotels International.
